Delivery time
Delivery within 7 working days. We take care to inform you immediately if the
delivery of the parcel will be more expensive or if you need to fill out a new
order. Attention please, Carpe Diem sends only packages and insured packets.
The recipient should examine the merchandise thoroughly. In case of external damages to the packages or  packets the courier must be notified immediately.
Carpe Diem doesn’t accept claims after 4 days after the delivery.

of our products.

Delivery conditions and carriage
Free carriage from € 200.00
Otherwise Carpe Diem applies a flat price for the postage and delivery –
see list below. For deliveries outside Germany a higher cost is applied for the
postage and for the freight charges, there could also be other taxes and
custom expenses for you. In case of a credit transfer outside Germany,
in case of advance payments to balance the account, let your bank know
that you are paying a foreign credit transfer expense. We take no responsibility
in case of money loss. Moreover, you must consider that postage takes in the
carriage guarantee € 5.50 and a further € 1.53  for the delivery. If you refuse
the delivery for any reason you still must pay the packing and postage expenses.
