All prices are indicated in EURO (€) and include 19% legal tax on the value.

Expiration of payment 

The acquisition cost for delivered merchandise must be settled on delivery without deductions.

Reserve of ownership

While awaiting payment the ownership of merchandise will be stay with
Carpe Diem.

Data protection

The customers’ data is used exclusively for the regular carrying out of the order.
Your personal data will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and will not
be forwarded on to others, but will be employed  for statistic and advertising
purposes.

Exposition

The displayed article can differ partially or totally from the delivered
merchandise. The displayed article is only an example of the product.
We try to show articles which are exactly or almost conforming to the
original, but it can happen that some differences occur, e.g. in colour etc.

False Orders and Breaches

In case of defaulting Carpe Diem reserves the right to open the account
archive and to signal the defaulter to his nearest magistrate’s court and
eventually to report him for fraud to an experienced police office.

Carpe Diem reserves the right to recover its debtor’s late interests and the
workmanship expenses. In case of false orders Carpe Diem ask 20% of the
order value for the workmanship expenses and the starling tax for about 20€.

Trademarks
The registered name of companies and products are used exclusively for the purpose of identification and therefore has no bearing on a possibly existing trademark or patent. The absence of identification of a possibly existing trademark guardianship or patent does not entail that the company or product name is not already registered.
